Retail Space, Congresbury

The development consisted of 4,500 sqft of retail space with associated parking. The site is located within a semi-rural location on the edge of a small village in Somerset. The design was a contemporary interpretation of a rural farm building with large areas of timber cladding to break down the building mass with a standing seam metal roof. The rendered elements took their cue from the rendered properties within the local vicinity.
